Job Responsibilities: - Work closely with Sales team to stich deal with relevant partners: Product firms, Services firm, Global System Integrators, Govt agencies, Strategic Services firm with good relationship with client/Govt agencies - Analyze company's services in market and research for new trends - Develop and manage alliance with government agencies - Review and support government contracts and analyze financial justification for alliance - Monitor and manage schedules and deadlines specified in the contract - Maintain alliance with strategic partners and develop sales strategy - Prepare strategic sales and marketing plans. Coordinate with delivery, Sales, finance and marketing departments - Manage agreements with alliance executives and promote alliance organization - Build relationship with alliance partners and develop business globally - Create and implement business plans for partners - Provide business inputs and ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness in service and product - Review report and financial status and modify plans - Develop effective sales/marketing tool kits and be able to put together top class responses to bids/tenders - Provide inputs for developing pricing policies, market entry strategies and client management program - Provide analytical support and feedback, forecasts, reports, competitor information and field intelligence to Magnasoft leadership team - Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business partner relationships - Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring new opportunities - Must have helped in closing $5 million+ deals with Sales team Soft Skills: - Socially adept - Strong communication - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines - Attention to detail - Excellent time management and organisation skills - Ability to work closely with multiple teams &amp; manage potential inter-department conflicts Domain knowledge: - Sound have sound understanding of Geospatial domain - GIS, LiDAR, Photogrammetry, Ortho Photo concepts, Navigation, Data Conversion, Enterprise GIS Application development - Experience in closing deals in Indian Geospatial industry - Well connected in Indian Geospatial industry - Should have work experience or handled Middle East region - Must have travelled to &amp; familiar with multiple geographies - Prior experience in selling GIS services to Govt agencies - Comfortable with Geographical information related Rules &amp; Regulations in India
