Job Summary:

- Product Managers at magicpin are responsible for owning and driving a critical product and a business problem end-to-end.

- As a Senior Product Manager - Pricing you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining pricing strategies of magicpin and will lead the charge in striking the delicate balance between delivering value to merchants, creating a great value prop for customers while also maintaining viable economics

- We have some crazy pricing strategies in mind, and we need someone to help us analyse the +ve/-ves, take end-to-end ownership, work cross-functionally, and help us implement them. If you think you- re the one who can help us not only implement them, but also come up with new ideas, Apply!

Primary Responsibilities:

1) Create a Product Strategy : Create long-term product plans and put them into action with a quarterly roadmap that aligns with the company's vision.

2) Conceptualize New Solutions : a) Product Development using a user-centered, data-driven, test-driven and iterative approach.

b) Identify areas for expansion and develop strategic product line roadmaps to aid in product adoption and differentiation.

c) Gather and analyse feedback from stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements and features of the product.

3) Build Scalable Products : Work with the Engineering and Design team to build high-quality products and its specifications. Manage the reach of each product launch ensuring timely delivery.

4) Launch Products : Develop and implement a go-to market plan in conjunction with Product Marketing.

You'll fit the bill if :

a) You have prior experience of 5-7 years in a product management/consulting role with some understanding how financial economics, and financial modelling works (must).

b) You have completed your Post Grad from a Tier I college (IIM/ISB/XLRI/IIFT/MDI)

c) You have a user-first and business first thinking.

d) You're curious about metrics, execution processes and macro-trends.

e) You have the ability to think and design algorithms.

f) You have an analytical, data-driven and detail oriented approach in day-to-day work.

g) You're ready to take up a role in a fast-paced environment, and extremely high on ownership.
