Job Description for Regional Head Sales along with the Company Profile :

Role Description :

Reporting to the National Head, the incumbent as a Region Head will be responsible for developing and executing Magicpin ad sales strategies, with the goal of driving significant revenue for the region. Having strong network with both brand & media agencies to identify opportunities is a must. Should be able to ideate, conceptualize customized solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, ad networks, agencies, and partners for the Region

- Provide recommendations, develop sales messaging and collateral to enhance Magicpin unique benefits

- Communicate vision and strategy effectively with potential and current customers/partners

- Create, aggressively pitch, close new business, and exceed sales targets by using a strong solution-based sales approach

Desired Skills :

- 12 plus years of overall experience in Ad Solution Sales with at least 4 years in Leadership role

- Strong contacts with interactive agencies and directly with a wide range of advertisers

- Excellent understanding of the media space, digital advertising players, mobile advertising, and related business models

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally

- Strong experience in working with media agencies, large enterprise accounts with rigorous account management expertise.
