Roles and Responsibilities :
We are looking for rock-stars to lead our operations teams. As the operations manager, you will be responsible to set up world class systems and processes which will enable smooth functioning of the organization. You will also lead a team of Operation Associate, define their KPIs and KRAs and thus ensure the most efficient functioning of the teams.
Following are the specific skill set we are looking for :
- Open to all backgrounds but preference to 1-3 years of consulting, marketing, operations, FMCG/event management experience
- Only Graduates/PG of 2012 batch onwards should apply
- Out-of-the-box thinking and an attitude to go beyond the tried and tested ways
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality
- Ability to work with external parties in negotiation, program management
- Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects ability to influence and lead both internal teams and external agencies
- Go-getter attitude
- Super organized and a logical thinker
- Entrepreneurial DNA
