JOB DESCRIPTION: - Drafting and vetting various types of business, legal and commercial agreements - Compliance with all statutory, legal and tax compliances - Preparation of statutory registers, forms, certificates etc. as required under various regulations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE METRICS: - Drafting and vetting various types of agreements (SHA, SSA, MOU, sales, vendor, lease, payment gateways, delivery partners, etc), term sheets, NDA, etC - Ensuring compliances with applicable corporate and labor laws - Liaise with shareholders, external regulators, Government bodies, Legal Counsellors, Auditors, etc - Timely preparation and filing of e-forms and returns and updation of Statutory Registers - Updation of policies and procedures pertaining to Secretarial compliances as per RBI guidelines - Coordinate with departments and collating data for preparation of agenda of Board meetings - Filing of returns, applications, documents, notices etc. with the ROC - Providing general advice with regard to corporate secretarial practice and legal matters KEY COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: - Candidate should be a qualified CS cum LLB - Experience in equity and debt fund raise-advising on legal terms and managing secretarial process - Adept at working with various stakeholders and ability to cope with a fast paced environment - Strong knowledge of Indian Companies Act 2013 and compliances and related legal regulations like Foreign Exchange Management Act, General laws - Experience of working with MCA and other statutory authorities as may be required under various legal provisions ABOUT MAGICPIN :&nbsp; Magicpin drive discovery and commerce for the offline retailers.
