Job Profile- Vertical Head (VH)

Job Location-Mumbai

Responsibilities & Duties :

- This role is primarily responsible for the growth plans of the BFSI vertical within the Company

- Handle and head pan India business and manage a team of RMs

- Drive business from banks, BFSI space for Magicbricks.com

- Develop deep routed relationships within these banks at multiple layers

- Must have solid relationships within banks and can drive business at every opportune time.

- Must think of out of the box solutions for MB to drive business with banks in the upcoming FY.

- Manages the growth and development of revenue (through growth and acquisition) and ensure it is in line with vision and operating plans.

- Responsible for overall target, reviewing the performance.

- Ensures that service quality standards are adhered to.

- Formulates budgets for the various business units and conducts periodic reviews to monitor performance.

- Must not get bogged down by long chain of decision makers and ensure quick and easy wins from impossible sounding situations

- Coordination for Home Loan, Auction, Event and many more

Key Indicators of Success for this role :

- Revenue Achievement (Growth & New Acquisition) - Efficiency of Revenue Delivery - Financial Health of Business and Zone Managed.

Desired Skills :

- Team handling experience is must.

- Leadership skills.

- Preferred Prior experience in managing relationships with banks.

- Strong network within bankers
