1. Shadow mapping of NSH target on Non CR Drivers of the KRA (mEstate, Impact & iTarget)
2. All the 3 products are devised to achieve larger share of wallet from the most premium clients of MB
3. Work as a bridge between Sales team & multiple departments (Finance, Legal, DD Partners, CST, Product, TC, SD & Marketing) to drive target achievement of the KRA drivers
4. Role would require the incumbent to work extremely closely with the sales team to ensure training, developing Go to Market Strategy, driving client penetration, developing promoter/CXO level connects as a corporate resources
5. Simultaneously role would require incumbent to work closely with multiple departments to drive quick TATs on execution of the transactions, identification of bottlenecks and interventions to smoothen the whole selling process
6. Travel extensively across locations to drive right sales behavior in the sales team & develop deep relationship with the CXO level of clients.
