- Coaching Regular Client Calls/meeting Managing, delivering and improving all Call Centre metrics
- Client Training of Auction Platform/process Lead generation for HL
- Client invoicing Lead follow-up with partners for Home Loan and Auction
- Co-ordinate with internal teams - Product, MIS, Technology, Content, HR, Internal Ops team, Legal, Finance, CET, Sales
- Manage the end to end eAuction product including the inbound number
