This is an exciting opportunity to act as a strong lead to make sure that the organization is strong and well placed on the people front and at the same time managing the high growth expectations. While the rest of the industry seems to have slowed down pace, on the contrary Magicbricks has upped the ante on recruitment efforts. The incumbent should be a nimble and fast tracked recruitment specialist who can turn things around fast. The role shall require a great deal of propelling and managing expectations from the management in terms of targets for recruitment. The person we are looking for is required to wear a sales hat while recruiting and create a near perfect pitch to attract great talent and passive candidates where required. A performer by heart and spirit with the ability to get the best of the team.  Responsibilities :  - You will manage a recruitment team comprising of managers and executives and work with them in order to deliver results turn them into a super high performing team  - You will be working with business and the other teams to devise a solid recruitment strategy.  - You will need to put in place best practices for managing and mapping strong candidates. Apply industry best practices and make a mark.  - You will be required to get actively involved in Headhunting of candidates for senior / niche roles through the best methods available in the market  - Growing and developing the longer-term talent pipeline strategy using innovative talent attraction techniques)  - You would need to work towards improving and optimizing recruitment processes and candidate experience.  Desired Skills  - You should have good work experience preferably in a relevant industry such as - internet / technology / product / new age companies etc.  - You should have worked in situations requiring ramp-up of 100 positions per month, across several functions.  - Should have a track record of devising and successfully implementing market-leading and innovative talent attraction and recruitment strategies  - Experience in having handled a team  - Should be highly collaborative and passionate about recruiting  - Should preferably have a strong network amongst mid / senior internet professionals  - Passionate about getting numbers  - Should have set up process from scratch (talent acquisition related)  A deadline-oriented person with a can-do person is what we are looking for.  Qualification  - MBA from reputed institute in a must  Industry:  - Preferable from IT Service, Consulting (Global Head hunting firm), E-commerce/ Internet
