I. Purpose of the role:

Work with CXO team to define + execute on short & long-term strategy for entire company. Work with Category, Product & Technology teams to achieve goals, improve top line and bottom line, and explore Organic and Inorganic growth opportunities

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Planning and Program management of new verticals and categories :

- Integrate project management practices throughout the company.

- Monitor business performance, identify & mitigate risks.

- Drive competency in business analysis, design, management and review.

- Ensure projects perform on-time while meeting goals under a fast-changing internal & external environment

- Own the P&L for Annual Budgeting, Planning; forecasting for medium and long term for new businesses

2. Business and Corporate Analytics :

- Hands-on working of high volume and complex datasets across traffic, contacts and market sizing and carrying out meaningful inferences

- Dashboard/MIS for new verticals

- Running brand track, NPS and CSAT surveys with third party vendors

3. Mergers and Acquisitions/Fund Raising/IPO readiness :

- Identify targets companies and business which are complementary and will help scale up new verticals and categories

- Perform thorough primary and secondary research to help identify a solid pipeline of potential targets/acqui-hires

- Work closely with the business and finance teams for fundraising activities and IPO readiness and creating models based on future projections

4. Developing Business Models and Roadmap for New Verticals and Categories :

- Identifying incumbent players and doing a thorough financial and business analyses, gap areas, weaknesses and strengths and proposing new business models for us

- Developing PoC/MVP projects along with senior management and executing them with new category teams

- Go/no-go decisions and RoI analyses for key projects
