Magicbricks - Talent Acquisition Manager - Sales Hiring (8-15 yrs)
Jo Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Handling end to end recruitment process for Sales Hiring at Magicbricks
- Handling PAN India Sales hiring along with team management
- Stakeholder Management
- Responsible for presenting the Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Dashboards
- Identify and map new talent in the market as per business requirements.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Salary negotiation
- Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
- Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Promote the company's reputation as "The Best Place to Work"
Qualification:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience preferably in sales hiring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective negotiating skills
Location - Noida
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Head
