MagicBricks - Program Manager

Job purpose :

Owner Services is a high growth vertical and a core focus area for Magicbricks with very high growth potential. The Program Manager for Property Services will be responsible for facilitating the growth of this function by supporting the product function with their projects and release timelines as well as coming up with clear business actionable and insights to drive the category forward. S/he will be responsible for understanding consumer needs and driving a strong product/market fit through changes in the offering, product, processes, vendors or any other levers. Program Manager role based in Noida location for the B2C / Owner Services. B2C / Owner Services Vertical is for driving monetization of the landlord (B2C) base on MagicBricks. It is driving revenue from users through their online journey.

Key responsibilities :

a. Program management to support business objectives

b. Product support to drive the product plan and coordinate with internal teams including tech, UI, quality.

c. Someone who understands the basics of product management is a must.

d. Some experience from a business perspective and someone who appreciates how category can grow and thrive.

e. Sharp analytics skills to crunch and work with a lot of data around B2C customers.

f. Conduct market research to delve deeper into segments and find out what their needs are.

g. Think of newer ways to monetize owners across some cities which are converting lower

Key skillset Required :

- Previous experience in e-commerce as a program manager/ product manager is preferred

- Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in handling technology-based tools / applications

- Strong business acumen - ability to push the immediate and the larger team to execute the day-to-day goals, leading teams effectively in a complex environment and with optimal cost structure

- Passion for Results, high degree of commitment with bias for execution excellence

- Strong team player, with high self-confidence and dynamism

Qualifications and Experience :

- 1-5 years experience post MBA from a Tier-1 institute

- Ecommerce firms ( preferable real estate related OR classifieds related)

- B.Tech ( pref from Tier 1 college but not mandatory ) + MBA from Tier 1 college
