Product Marketing Manager

Experience Range : 2-6 years

Location : Noida

For the role of Product Manager at Magicbricks, we require candidates to have proven Ideation, Conceptualization and Analytical skills that may have been developed with a fast-paced e-commerce organization. He should be an expert in STP, user and brand personas, lead generation, customer retention and launch plans.

Individuals must have 2 to 6 years of experience in Product Management.

Education/Professional qualifications :

- We are seeking a high caliber individual to maintain our exceptional standards.

- The person should have degree in B.Tech/ BE from reputed institute

- Preferred - MBA from top B school would be a plus.

Requisites :

- The person should have 2 to 6 years of strong product management experience in the consumer internet space.

- Experience in managing digital growth, creative development and integrated media planning.

- Demonstrated capacity for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.

- Excellent leadership and project management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- Product Marketing Manager needs to drive smooth monetization of products.

- Know why we are winning or losing in the market, and drive changes to our product and processes to create improvement.

- Product positioning,

- Competition analysis

- Pricing

- Build and execute Go-to-Market strategy

- Feature prioritization

- Designing external communications

- Drive buy-build analysis, and review potential partner relationships for the product.

- Keep a finger on the pulse of our competition, and develop strategies and tactics to reduce the threat.
