Manager - Sales Capability
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Capability Manager who will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development framework aimed at improving the effectiveness and performance of our sales team. This individual will work closely with the Sales Leadership team to identify skill gaps, create customized training programs, and monitor progress. The primary objective is to elevate the capabilities of our sales team, ultimately driving revenue growth and market success.
Assessment and Gap Analysis:
- Collaborate with the Sales Leadership team to identify skill gaps and performance improvement areas.
- Conduct assessments and performance evaluations to gauge the current state of the sales team's capabilities.
Learning Framework Development:
- Design a holistic learning and development framework tailored to the needs of our sales team.
- Develop a structured curriculum encompassing sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and other relevant topics.
- Own performance improvement program design and execution
Training Program Delivery:
- Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, both in-person and through digital platforms.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including workshops, simulations, and e- learning modules.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales team members to address specific skill deficiencies.
- Offer constructive feedback and create personalized development plans.
- Develop training materials, resources, and sales playbooks to support learning initiatives.
