Location - Noida / Bengaluru

Purpose of the role

- The candidate will be primarily responsible for carrying out research and analysis of the Indian real estate markets to support decision making.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of 3-5 researchers for conducting primary and secondary market research on real estate markets to track new trends and insights. The granularity of research ranges from a micro-market to a metropolitan region.

- Write real estate industry research reports. Scope of industry research encompasses sub- segments like residential, office, retail, and warehousing across the major Indian cities.

- Provide a research opinion on the macro-economic environment and regulatory policies relating to the real estate industry.

- Data collection, maintenance, and monitoring key property market indicators; some field level experience preferred.

- Contribute to various research publications and activities.

- Carry out and publish research on topical property market matters.

Qualifications/education:

- Postgraduate in architecture / commerce / economics / finance / urban planning

Work Experience:

- 7+ years professional experience desired in real estate research & consulting or other related fields.

Aptitude/Skills:

- Strong data collection, data analysis, report writing and presentation skills

- Analytical mindset and comprehension ability

- Ability to multi-task and deliver as per deadlines

- Ability to lead a small team

IT Proficiency: MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, Tableau
