a. Should be very good at data intelligence and data analytics
b. Should we up to date with latest data tools and best practices
c. Will need to streamline reporting across the operations functions and eventually bring in process automation for creating high level reporting
d. Should be able to create excellent dashboard for management reviews
e. Should be able to make sense of lakhs of data and spot trends for improvement across teams.
f. Should be mature and the ability to work with leadership team.
g. Should have minimum 3-4 experience and should be from a top educational institution.
h. Experience of having worked with operations would be preferred but not a deterrent for the right candidate.
