The JD is as follows-
1. Lead generation from potential visitors on Magicbricks and follow up to service them for their requirement.
2. Be an able data miner and hands on to spot trends within data.
3. Should know how to use data appropriately to increase contactability and tapping.
4. Have a sales mindset and for chasing daily and weekly targets with the team
5. Develop high level plans for the vertical including employee benefits including incentives.
6. Work in conjunction with product teams to ensure that the numbers are on track and the team works like a well oiled machine
7. Be incredibly hard working to work 6 days a week and build a high performance team under the incumbent.
8. Be adept at people management and have high degree of orientation to keep the team motivated and keep attrition low.
9. Ability to be data oriented. There will be lots of data every month and you should be able to spot trends.
10. Call people who have registered on magicbricks and generate leads for the same.
