Purpose of the Job :
- MagicBricks is India;s largest RE platform connecting home seekers with owners. For further convenience of our customers MagicBricks also provides multiple ancillary services.
- The incumbent will lead the charge to grow this business manifold through constant innovation focus on customer satisfaction and hustle.
- Implement business strategies, evaluating business performances, and building a highly productive team for one of our functions.
JOB ROLE :
- To provide exceptional customer service and experience through constant innovation
- Build, Train and Manage a quality inside sales team of 100+ members
- Create and execute demand side interventions to capture consumer leads (across internal platform, SEO, SEM, Offline etc.)
- Onboard, develop and manage top quality service providers
- Create and execute interventions to uplift customer experience and NPS
- Motivate and manage cross functional team while scaling rapidly
- Develop clear SOP for smooth operations (sales and fulfilment)
Job Specifications :
- Experience 8 to 10 years
- Post Graduate in Management or equivalent
- Should have business P&L responsibility or co-founder who has scaled up the business for minimum 2 years.
- Knowledge of digital process and product development is a must
- Strong business acumen, leadership, interpersonal skills
