The Business Head - Growth is the primary driver of the group's vision; overseeing the development and management of the initiatives and P&L roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision.

At Magicbricks, we expect the Business Head- B2C business to work on 3 core responsibilities:

- First, to define the company's growth plan

- Second, to coordinate and execute growth programs

- Third, to optimize the revenue funnel

Strategy: Business Head - B2C business, will help in strategizing and planning the business initiatives to create an edge in the market by driving closely the P&L of the company that will drive scale/revenue/customer satisfaction aggressively. Conducting user research, analyzing industry trends, competition to identify new opportunities.

- Leadership: The Business Head - B2C business, spearheads activities of the other departments and is in direct supervision of the department leaders. At this capacity, the Business Head is also accountable for the performance of the revenue optimized through the initiatives of all the department. The Business Head also sets quarterly and yearly department performance targets and ensures that all campaigns are ran within the given budgets and deadlines.

- The Business Head - B2C business, also guide the departments in the execution of their functions upon request, constantly ensuring improvement in their departmental revenue metrics.

- Cross-Functional: This role is inherently cross-functional. This position requires that a person closely work with the engineering, design, analytics, product, marketing, sales, and operations and monitor their P&L and initiatives to derive growing revenue and profits. Liaised with business heads and crossfunctional teams to formulate innovation engine, and identified scope of innovation across businesses.

- Defining SLA and operational process in place. Looking into Operational Excellence & Optimization.

- Product Management: The Business Head is required to oversee the roles of product department, that is the; Junior Product Managers, Product Managers, and Senior Product Managers to ensure that the functions of these positions are properly and effectively being executed. Optimizing key revenue drivers, metrics for product, and ensuring improvement in P&L. Pro-actively suggest measures to improve product support flows.

- Program Management: The Business Head will also be supervising Marketing department initiatives and is responsible for effective program management. Building effective Understanding of key digital platforms - Social, SEM/SEO, Website development, Digital Media Planning/Buying, Managing & Organizing Influencer/Blogger activities, AR/VR Solutions, Analytics/Reporting etc. Responsible for driving Revenue, Traffic, Engagement and ROI through above channels.

- Innovation: The Business Head is also tasked with overseeing the innovation and improvement of the business's initiatives as well as the day-to-day business activities in such a way that ensures that the business is constantly growing to suit the consumers- needs. The Business Head further ensures that necessary steps are being taken to make any modifications that are being made in the operations or strategy in order to bring out the best results for the business.
