Job Purpose:

- Property Services is a new business vertical and a core focus area for Magicbricks with very high growth potential. The Business Development Manager for Property Services will be responsible for setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth. The candidate is expected to take over a mix of existing and new clients. The candidate will handle the complete P&L responsibility for the business in its designated categories and report to the Category Head for Property Services.

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual revenue targets

- Contact potential new clients to establish rapport, initiate and close sales conversations

- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat sales, and upsell for higher value

- Strike and nurture agency relationships to find relevant prospects

- Liaise with internal campaign management teams to develop and close client proposals

- Work with internal campaign management teams to ensure campaign delivery outcomes

- Manage client expectations

Key skillsets required:

- Understanding of digital branding and performance marketing space, and experience in digital ad sales

- Strong sales and campaign management skills

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Strong team player, with high self-confidence and dynamism

- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA from a Tier-1 institute

- 5+ years of experience in Digital ad sales

- Experience in working in or with advertising agencies is preferred

Location: Bangalore and Delhi
