MagicBricks - Alliance Lead (3-6 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
a. Could aim to do alliances with multiple brands which will have a direct impact on MBs key metrics. These will be large needle moving alliances.
b. Be comfortable to interact with CXO, marketing heads of other organizations to strike large partnerships.
c. Be comfortable in working as an individual contributor with less oversight. Want someone who can manage their work and performance working quite independently
d. Think of new partnership ideas for MB and stitch a plan together to ring these in. Partnerships may not be restricted to only brand led but could be across a whole gamut of opportunity areas. (Contributing to traffic, listings, new business plans, revenue among others)
