Magicbrick - Talent Acquisition Role - Leadership Hiring (7-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy for Leadership hiring
- Identify and map new talent in the market as per business requirements.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
- Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate & stakeholder relationships during the selection process
- Promote the company's reputation as "The Best Place to Work"
Qualification:
- 7+ years of recruiting experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in Non-Tech recruiting
- Effective negotiating skills
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
- Familiarity with online job-hunting websites
- Working knowledge of the Internet industry
