Sr Manager - HNI Fundraising

- Execution for a sustainable and efficient HNI fund raising strategy for Magic Bus - Execution of all HNI events , activities and engagements.

- Coordination with internal external stakeholders to ensure deliverable are met for the events.

- Researching, profiling existing HNI database and sourcing potential additions to database

- Ensuring creative engagements with HNIs to encourage connect, branding and giving

- All HNI Reporting ( Gala Donors , village donations and Giving circles)

- Monitoring of Gala supported villages/communities

- Coordination with donors on all documentation requirements

- Creating HNI specific organization documents along with communications team.

- Managing data base on crm.

- Maintain and develop existing relationships with prospects through effective donor relationship management (stewardship) including the writing of compelling proposals, informative and timely updates and reports, phone calls, face to face meetings visits etc.

- Embracing and harnessing technology ( including social media) to incorporate technology into fundraising - access new donors, maintain communication with current donors, and make it easier for people to contribute

- Ensure that all HNWI donors and prospects have an appropriate relationship with MB making full use of Board other SMT colleagues as appropriate

- Identify research, plan and engage new HNWI leads, growing the pipeline of new prospects with proper data mining techniques with a view to securing five and six figure relationships.

- Set fund raising priorities, goals, budget and quarterly action plans

- Work with Gala event unit to data mine Celebrities and work on upgrading existing influencers list.

- Act as the Digital Fundraising expert within the HNI Category : this will require strong skills in areas ranging from content writing to digital marketing to creating innovative online fundraising events. This role will aim to create a community of donors online who are interested in building and engaging with the client.

- Increasing donations from donors using digital tools and online events:

- Working with the individual fundraising team to strategize and execute on plans to increase donations through online activities through different channels

- Planning and executing online fundraising events

- Use various digital tools such as social media, blogs, emails to curate program to advocate building and leveraging an individual donor base.

- Integrate all platforms necessary for digital fundraising (CRM, emailing platforms, donation gateways, etc..)

- Developing workflow processes for digital fundraising to ensure optimal efficiency and automation

- Develop monitoring dashboards to track and analyse our digital campaigns.

- Generate leads through marketing activities - Leveraging Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Blog writing, website optimization etc
