Key Responsibilities

The TAX Manager is responsible to manage the design and solutioning of the TAX process in Finance & Accounting domain.

Business Process ownership of the TAX process & is responsible for aiming to be at the top quartile process efficiency of FNA.

Responsible for providing Process governance & ERP implementation for the process.

Will implement solution driven best practices and other techniques that result in dramatic improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance function.

Who we are looking for

- Overall Tax and ERP systems Experience of 6-8 yrs; withstrong & proven experience on Business Process Transformation in Finance & Accounting Process

- Must have education in Tax, Tax Diploma, International Taxation.

- Proven experience in working with SAP - Tax tables, implementation and Transformation.

- Significant Project Management Experience

- Experience in the areas of Business process re-engineering, Process design, Organizational transformation, Change management

- Aware of IT technology usage to transform processes

- Industry knowledge
