Manager level)  - Previous experience within claims/shipping law/general law preferred  - Able to work independent and with minimal supervision  - High level of English - verbal as well as written, needs to be able to comprehend and explain complex clauses to our colleagues in relatable terms  - Conflict resolution skill  - Strategic and business supportive mind-set (balance legalities to commercial)  - Positive & humble attitude   - Living the cultural amplifiers of focus, simplicity and team work
