Act as the Functional Design owner of assigned S/4 Hana Finance sub-modules and ensure adherence of system design to the agreed design principles assigned off by the Platform Product Owner. We are proud of our diversity and see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams We offer: - Work closely with the Platform Product Owner and develop the Functional Design specifications (user story) and structures for the assigned sub-processes under S/4 Hana Finance modules - Involvement in sprint planning meetings to help provide clarity and elaborate features and user stories to help the engineering team better understand the requirements and how success will be measured - Act as a subject matter expert for relevant scrum teams, providing insight, context and additional information as needed to help to understand of what is required - Identify and escalate cross-functional / platform issues Sub processes examples: - OTC: Invoicing / Billing (BRIM), Revenue Recognition (RAR), FI AR, Collections &amp; Disputes - PTP: VIM (Vendor Invoice Management), Cost Controlling, FI AP, - ATR: FI-GL, Controlling Structures, Asset Accounting, Consolidation, Profitability Key responsibilities: - Responsible for managing planning and overseeing Technology project delivery and operational acceptance of solutions deployed into production. - Ensure the adherence of standards and SAP best practices. - Complete quality documentation for the SAP environment. - Liaise with the functional SAP experts and business teams. - Provide support for other application and services as requested by the IT team leader. Contribute where possible in areas outside of the job holder's technical expertise. - Utilize knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends and implementation experience to translate business requirements into a system and landscape solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution. - Provide input for the solution road map, integrating multiple disparate processes, and addressing short and long term organizational needs - Create documentation and presentations - Ensure that changes to SAP are delivered in line with the business standards in terms of development and testing - Lead activities during upgrades and releases with multiple stakeholders, working with change and release management team. - Ability to assess service transition risks - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the IT process competency principles and practices, Project management skills - Ability to identify and escalate project risks - Develop relationships across the IT organization - Ability to translate project deliverables to operational task - Adopt a logical and organized approach to problem resolution - Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions - Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing requirements - Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options - Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives including remote and off-shored team's management in Global delivery model - Experience of working within multi-location teams. - Experience of working in large programs of work - Experience of leading small teams in project delivery. - Excellent experience in client-facing roles within blue-chip organizations or Big 4 consulting We are looking for: - Proven process expertise in the assigned areas in P2P Implementation, project delivery etc. - Prior experience with relevant SAP Finance sub-module - Ability to apply agile analysis technics for creating user stories and acceptance criteria - Meticulous in documentation and delivery management - Degree in Finance Or CA Qualified - Should have min 15years relevant Experience
