Sales Analyst - eCommerce We Offer: An exciting opportunity to be a part of a cross-functional Agile team working towards rapidly scaling up our platform business. You will be part of our global transformational initiative and play an integral role in accelerating deliverables across functions and work closely with senior management and key stake holders. Data is the new oil and you have the opportunity to become the backbone of every progressive step we take. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new metrics for driving the platform business and suggest ways to increase new footfalls and searches week on week - Track daily performance of platform business and provide actionable insights; suggest right set of actions to enhance performance - Closely work with cross functional stakeholders - Prepare presentations/communications for management on market data - Share best practise from other Platform business cutting across industries - Provide analytical support and assist in performance management of campaigns - Provide useful insights to activate the product in specific regions/markets - Using Salesforce data to create Excel/Power BI reports for area leadership review. - Analyse pipeline strength and maintain the acquisition pipeline model accordingly - Responsible for providing data and analytics for monthly reviews - Develop sales dashboards and highlight key trends and insights Who we are looking for: The ideal candidate will be a person who is a dedicated team player, can interact with other functions with strong communication skills - Self driven and disciplined in running agile in line with business expectations - Bachelors/Masters in Business Management - A total of at least 3 years (or more) in analytics role in E-Commerce Industry - Is data-oriented and has high analytical skills. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, (VBA Macros is a plus) - Knowledge of Power BI/ Tableau or any other BI tool - Intermediate knowledge of Power Point - Strong problem solving and analytical skills. - Good verbal communicator and presenter - very Good command over English - Ability to influence without authority and collaborate and communicate at ease across the organization and hierarchies to achieve desired objectives
