Job purpose:

Responsible for sustaining and improving operating system for a process at global and site level. Strong Operating system is key enabler for consistent and successful business outcomes. Operating system plan links standard framework with process requirements to deliver value to the business. Operating system must be able to highlight relvant signals and have a control plan in place that is effectively executed. Operating System should be able to help the processes plan today for effectively running the operations tomorrow.

- Acts as a management consultant in matters of the operating system

- Developing plan and approach and aligning with process requirements.

- Elevates operating system level within senior management and execution to highest level of maturity.

- Conducts trainings for operating system across the organization.

- Ensuring continuous review of operating system to ensure it strongly enables business outcomes.

- Owing and executing a communication plan globally and site wise.

- Owning and executing training plans across all levels that will build desired competencies towards operating system mindset

Cluster/Regional/LOC Functional Focals -

All COE's and BP's within PEX

- Process improvement methodology

- Quality management

- Facilitation & Communication Skills

- Expertise to manage and drive large scale Matrix projects/ initiatives

- 10+ years in various roles practicing above skills and competencies
