Key Responsibilities

- Understand the project from the designed solution by liasioning with the concerned solution engineer

- Prepare project plan, charter, risk and issue log

- Do internal and external kick off meeting - clearly set the boundaries defining in scope and out of scope, cost, timelines etc.

- Follow the set implementation framework and monitor commencement, progress and completion status of milestone, task and sub task

- Periodic project reporting to all stake holders

- Monitoring project cost, scope and time line changes

- Raise change control documentation and seek required approvals

- Front end discussions with customers on cost impact on the above and cross / up sale

- Do stage gate sign offs with stake holders

- Prepare project go live check list and ensure 100% adherence to the same

Close project by preparing and signing off site manual and P&L check sheet

Who we are looking for

- Preferably engineering graduate with specialization in Industrial Engineering

- Subject matter knowledge w.r.t. MHE (Material Handling Equipments), Storage solutions & order flows

- Candidate with certification in Project Management (PMP / Prince 2) will be preferred

- Good communication, Analytical skills & P&L acumen

- Should have good problem solving skills & should be able to resolve conflicts (both internal as well as with customer stake holders)

- Hands on experience in on-ground project execution and reporting

- Ability to plan the deliverables across roles and monitor the same on a day to day basis

- Experience to drive individual vendors to prepare their respective project plan and merge the same in master plan

- Exposure to key industry verticals of Chemicals (DG/Non-DG), Automotive, FMCD, FMCG, Retail & Lifestyle, Hi-tech

- Strong techno-Commercial acumen with analytical and negotiation skills

- Passion for customers and customer intimacy

- Openness to for strategic thinking and tactical delivery

- Result orientation and execution drive

- Knowledge of key statutory & HSSE compliances

- Collaboration and stakeholder management skills
