MAD - Medicine at Doorstep is a revolutionary medicine delivery platform that promises the fastest delivery in the country, with a commitment to delivering within 50 minutes. We are the first in India to provide loose medicines as well, so customers never have to worry about running out of stock. We are soon to launch in 16+ cities, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata & more.

We are looking for a Co-Founder Strategy & Growth who is passionate about healthcare and has a strong track record of growing and scaling businesses. As the Co-Founder of Strategy & Growth, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company and helping us expand our reach across India.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's growth strategy

- Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners

- Create and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity

- Collaborate with other members of the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the business

Requirements:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in business strategy, growth, and scaling

- Passion for healthcare and making a positive impact in people's lives

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Small Investment to keep your skin in the game
