Made Easy - Technical Lead

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications :

1. PG with B.Tech/BE, M.tech in Computer Science or equivalent field

2. 15+ years of experience with at least 5 year of experience in leading technology projects. Some prior experience in Ed-tech preferred but not mandatory

3. Knowledge of Mobile App Ecosystem i.e. Front End (IOS, Android, Windows) & Back END (Full Stack Development) is MUST

4. Knowledge of AWS ecosystem, DEVOPS and CYBER SECURITY is must

5. Knowledge of all computer operating systems and mobile devices, including but not limited to Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Develop sound tech strategies alongside management, keeping in mind the short-term and long-term goals of the business.

2. Improve the existing online learning platform with enhanced features and develop new use cases on the platform

3. Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage

4. Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy - Mobile App UI/UX/ Mobile App Development/ Learning Management Systems / AWS / Data Security/ Data Privacy / IOT (Internet of Things ) / Cloud Computing / Mobile Learning / Virtual & Remote Laboratories / Augmented Reality / Artificial Intelligence

5. Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance. Ensuring the tech advancements are in accordance with the budgets and business plans

6. Build quality assurance and data protection processes

7. Use stakeholders- feedback to incorporate necessary improvements and adjustments to technology aspects of the business

8. Facilitate communication between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources within the organization

9. Represent the organization along with top management in conferences, community events and investor discussions, etc.
