Role and Responsibilities - You are responsible to curate how app experience looks like for varied use-cases, jewelry type and metal type - Have a strong grasp on analytics and take data-driven decisions to justify and maximise ROI for app real estate - Apply strategies focused on key conversion drivers, optimal site presentation, maximizing consumer engagement and experience. - Coordinate with the category team to understand their immediate goals and focus areas and accordingly plan the visibility for each category/occasion - Constant market scanning of competitive assortments & pricing to identify gaps, threats and opportunities and share insights with buying, marketing, product & operations teams - Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to maintain user communications calendar that links in-app experience with cohort user communication - You will lead platform-specific requirements to ensure product page perfection such as visual content, videos, ratings & reviews, search optimized descriptive content and selection tools Who you are - 3 - 6 years of E-commerce experience, Jewelry Category preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent eye for visual design and ability to translate a thought into a sharp brief for design teams - Aptitude to use hard data and metrics to make and support feature and customer segment recommendations - Strong customer-centric approach, Sharp business, and creative acumen with the ability to generate ideas to drive category awareness and visibility What's in it for you - Be part of 0 to 1 journey - Cross-functional business exposure, and you get to work with the founders directly - Complete ownership of high impact projects you will see built from the ground up - Flexible result-driven work culture, work with amazing peers and drive growth
