- Spearhead the sales strategy. Lead by examples and motivate the Team Members to achieve assigned targets through empanelling associates. Develop and motivate associates through Team Members to ensure smooth processing of business.
Candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in handling Insurance/Real estate sales.
- Must have managed a sales team. Looking for a highly dynamic leader with good personality having exceptional presentation & communication skills.
