M&A Tax/Transaction Tax Role (3-16 yrs)
Job Title: M&A Tax
Experience: 3+ Post qualification
Qualification: CA
Level: AM/Manager/AD
Target Companies: Big 4 or CA Firms
Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
An ability to think clearly and analytically
- Adhering to clients- corporate income tax compliance requirement as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.)
- Engaging in corporate tax & M&A Tax & restructuring mandates for clients
- Experience in corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions tax (domestic and international tax)
- Prior experience in tax due diligence would be an added advantage
- Prior basic knowledge of other laws like FEMA and SEBI would be preferred
- Strong people and client management skill
