M&A Deals Role - PMI & Value Creation Consulting Firm

Mana A reputed global (Top 10) firm into Strategy and Transformation is planning to build an execution team into Post Merger Integration. The designation will be given as per the experience bracket.

Job Description :

- Expertise in M&A life cycle (pre-deal, diligence, valuation, and post-deal), Carveout Planning and Post Merger Integration (PMI)

- Should have an understanding of financial analysis, interaction of business post announcement of tractions and post border M&A.

- Must have work experience in Project Management and Integration & Separation roles catered to different industries and have purely worked on post-merger profiles.

- Identifying and focusing on value driver development so that the full potential value of the deal is achieved.

- Establishing a model that creates an overlap between the integration team and diligence team.

- Planning for M&A Integration at the beginning of the deal and goals and should re-evaluate regularly throughout integration.

- Creating a thorough plan and M&A integration checklist to track progress.

- Deep experience in key integration/separation activities such as Project Management Office support, synergy evaluation, communications planning, operating model development, finance, and HR integration planning and execution, and supply chain planning.

- Act as the key contact for client stakeholders throughout the project whilst overseeing the day-to-day management of the Project Management Office

- Understand the sources of value for synergy, and critically assess the clients assumptions to support the pre-signing process

- Apply Integration or Separation methodology to the practical aspects of business operations and the clients market sector throughout the engagement process to support sound and practical recommendations. Merger - Post Merger Integration & Acquisition - Consulting Firm
