Mandatory:
1. Experience in M&A, private equity.
2. Qualification: LLM/LLB
Job Responsibilities:
- Advising a wide range of clientele on variety of issues pertaining to group restructuring involving merger, demerger, slump sale and asset transfer.
- Due diligence activities in connection with M&A transactions which primarily involve legal review of the target or acquirer's organizational structure, statutory compliance, regulatory filings, transfer pricing documents, financing/loan agreements, etc. and finalizing various documents and assisting clients in closing the transactions.
- Involve in advising new businesses on formation of corporations and business structures including incorporation and post incorporation advisory and transactional documentation.
