Job duties and responsibilities

1. Execute client projects, develop necessary deliverable including Market research questionnaires, final recommendations/report and make presentation to clients

2. Interact and work closely with Client's project team to set-up and manage project KPIs, delivery timelines, reporting etc.

3. Plan, schedule and execute internal campaigns to M3 India's members (Doctors) who are the target audience for Promotion, Strategy & research projects

4. Support business development activity by preparing client presentations and other necessary information and collateral

5. Work with Technology/ Products team closely to continuously improve internal systems and processes, define SOPs leading to quality/efficiency improvements

6. Identify partners and third-party solution providers/tools wherever necessary and manage them

7. Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

8. Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement

Experience & Qualifications

1. 1-5 years of overall experience as a senior member contributing to/managing client projects in consulting/marketing roles. Prior experience in Healthcare is compulsory

2. Educational background: B Pharm/ B Tech / MBA from a tier-1 college

3. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

4. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success

5. Team player with good time-management skills

6. Great interpersonal and communication skills
