M3 India - AVP - Business Development & Client Engagement (6-10 yrs)
We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented individual to lead both new business development and management of existing client engagements for the largest Doctors platform in India. You will be part of a small but high-quality team that is pioneering the adoption of digital technologies in the areas of Medical Education and how the Healthcare Industry engages with Doctors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
(1) Initiating new relationships and expanding clientele for our proprietary products in Online Marketing, Medical Education and Market Research.
(2) Executing client projects in close collaboration with Clients project team to set-up and manage project KPIs, delivery timelines, reporting etc.
(3) Working closely with Technology/ Products team to continuously improve our client solutions, internal systems, and processes, define SOPs leading to quality/efficiency improvements
(4) Support the overall growth of our platform and contribute to other important functions such as traffic growth, content, and technology.
Ideal candidate is expected to have 6-10 years of overall experience in the Indian Healthcare/Lifesciences Industry preferably in Management Consulting or Product Marketing roles. You will be a Generalist who wants to learn and contribute across functions and make a larger impact to the organization. You must possess strong analytical skills and enjoy applying first principles thinking to solving business problems. You must be a team player and take a sense of pride and ownership in your performance and its impact on company's success.
