M20 Urban Spaces is looking for an enterprising Business Head, highly result oriented with hands on management style, sound analytical skills with sharp commercial acumen and Entrepreneurial mindset who can independently drive Real Estate division having work location at Chennai Corporate office.

- To own P&L responsibility of extremely innovative projects on hand, a large mixed development real estate projects in Chennai, Maldives.

- To lead the multidisciplinary management team comprising of Business Analysis & Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Planning & Consultants team of Architects, Hospitality, Accounts & Finance, Legal & Liaison, MES, Structural, Branding & Marketing Strategy, Legal etc to oversee all operations & business activities to fulfil the desired short term & long term objectives & goals of the company.

- To be a Civil engineer/Architect, MBA from Premier B-Schools with over 20 years of experience and hands on experience as Business Head from a leading Real Estate Organisation

Key Attributes:

- Ability to work closely with the stakeholder and the senior management to provide strategic inputs on sales growth as well as performance MIS

- Strong leadership and organisational skills to effectively oversee and grow a team of top-performing resources

- Focus on product, systems, people & processes management, team building, training & development Managing Business Operations

- Build the business both short, medium & long term

- Provide leadership and guidance to the existing functional heads

- Ensuring all systems & processes are well thought through and operations are implemented most effectively and meet the compliance & regulatory standards

- Drive and ensure best practices and innovations/new service offerings that value add to the business and drive business expansion

- Business development to identify future business opportunities

- Drive profit & free cash flow needed for growth

Sales, Marketing and CRM:

- Drive revenues to achieve business plans and oversee marketing & sales standards and SOPs

- Innovate around product and brand presentation ~ deliver higher levels of business by tapping into insights and technology

- Oversee entire customer journey from acquisition, onboarding, servicing, possession & hand-over

Design, Technical & Commercial:

- Work closely with the engineering, projects, design & development and purchase and contracts teams to ensure cost-effective operations

- Provide technical and commercial inputs

- Strategize detailed product mix for new project with Design, Marketing and Strategy teams

- Evaluate and recommend consultants and nature of engagement

- Supervise overall project implementation and delivery

Legal, Business Development & Liaison:

- Identify opportunities for real estate development or other market opportunities and review the opportunity in accordance with company's overall business strategy

- Prospecting, structure deals, including valuation and negotiation, troubleshoot problems; ensure legal agreements mirror the commercials; coordinate with concerned teams; oversee due diligence and liaison efforts

- Develop network/ relationship with IPCs, key brokerage firms, land matter related authorities for lead generation

- Keep abreast with developments of the sector and create opportunities from innovative sources ~ awareness of market dynamics to assess opportunities & threats arising out of change in regulations/sectoral development

- Liaise with law firms, external counsel on preparation of legal documents

- Provide inputs to company's legal department for drafting all legal/development agreements & also for other relevant documents

- Manage crisis situation / issues as regards to statutory approvals

- Co-ordination and liaison with relevant authorities related to the projects for approval and clearances
