Title: Strategy & Operations Associate

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1-3 Yrs

Requirements :

- Undergraduate or MBA or both from Tier 1 Institute

- Academic background in Engineering is a must

- Very strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Strong business acumen and articulate communication

- Interest in the Indian startup ecosystem is a plus

- Exposure to statistics, analytics, SQL is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work directly with our Co-Founder to manage and execute various programs and strategic initiatives across the organization.

- Perform in-depth analysis and generate valuable insights, in order to tackle and solve critical business questions across the company.

- Work with the leadership team and stakeholders across the organization to initiate and implement strategic initiatives.

- This role gives you a broad exposure across functions and insight into the inner workings and decision making at a growth stage startup.
