Position: Strategy & Operations Associate
Job Description
Work directly with our Co-Founder to manage and execute various programs and strategic initiatives across the organization. Perform in-depth analysis and generate valuable insights, in order to tackle and solve critical business questions across the company. Moreover, work with the leadership team and stakeholders across the organization to initiate and implement strategic initiatives. This role gives you a broad exposure across functions and insight into the inner workings and decision making at a growth stage startup.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2+ years (1+ year if MBA)
Requirements :
- Undergraduate or MBA or both from Tier 1 Institute
- Academic background in Engineering is a must
- Very strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong business acumen and articulate communication
- Interest in the Indian startup ecosystem is a plus
- Exposure to statistics, analytics, SQL is a plus
