The role involves analyzing and interpreting data related to business performance and making recommendations for business decisions.

Work Location: Mumbai - Andheri East

KRAs:

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

- Responsible to ensure that all business accounts are current and up-to-date with service knowledge and product use through regular communications, meetings and demos.

- Lead, educate and direct sales /HUB executives to manage customer/client accounts

- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

- Manage data for new, prospective and existing clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and all documents are filed.

- Should drive the team to achieve the growth objectives in the city

- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations

- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results

- Prepare and analyse reports and dashboards.

- Compile, update, and execute daily/weekly/monthly reports related to clients as per the requirement of management.

Requirements : 

- Proven work experience as Operations Manager from a startup

- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

- Experience budgeting and forecasting

- Excellent communication and team management skills

- Leadership ability

- Outstanding organisational skills
