Job Title : City Head

No. of Positions: Multiple

Location : Hyderabad

Job Description :

- Responsible for PnL and operations of the city and cluster

- Build the business for Lynk in the city by on boarding drivers and customers in line with company targets

- Manage partner support functions and maintain high service levels for partners

- Hire, manage and mentor the sales and supply teams to achieve the growth objectives in the city

- Design and execute the required marketing campaigns in the cities

- Liaise with corporate functions as needed for smooth functioning of the business in the city

Requirements :

- Engineering and MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 institutions

- 8-15 years of work experience, demonstrated track record of setting up or managing a business unit

- More than 3 years of Experience in implementing BTL activities in the respective cities, good network with marketing agencies

- 2-5 years experience in sales and managing a sales team

- Strong analytical skills, people skills and data driven decision making skills is a must

- Operations experience is a plus

- Experience in dealing with regulatory authorities or unions is a plus

- Experience in E-commerce sector or an APP based service is a plus
