Title : Asst. Product Manager
Location : Chennai
The Role :
- As an Associate Product Manager at Lynk, you- re responsible for managing end to end product development lifecycle that involves analyzing user behavior, conceptualizing useful features, working with designers on UI/UX, prioritizing development pipeline, aligning with QA for testing, and managing releases.
- You are expected to transform the company's business vision into a product roadmap which is constantly groomed and executed across discrete sprints in an agile manner.
- You will conduct standup meetings, estimation meetings, design meetings and release meetings as part of your regular sprint routines. We're looking for someone with a - zero-errors- attitude who can self-manage their work to meet tight schedules with minimal supervision.
About you
- 2+ years of work experience in product management or any software function
- B.E/M.E/MS in Computer Science or a related field from IIT/NIT/BITS/Sastra/SSN/CEG
- MBA from IIM/ISB/XLRI/SPJain/GreatLakes/LIBA
- Experienced in Agile product development with exposure to Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Deep understanding of mobile (Android, iOS) and web applications
- Deep understanding of UI and UX for web and mobile (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines)
- Deep understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management - acquisition, retention, shurn
- Experienced in writing product requirements, or user stories
- Experienced in product analytics using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.
- Comfortable with advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Basic understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Basic understanding of Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Basic understanding of DevOps (CI/CD)
