Roles and responsibilities for Brand Manager -
- Plan, manage, design, content, and production of all marketing materials, should be able to produce high-quality content for online and offline channels that engage customers and builds brand recognition.
- Build a strong brand by developing and implementing effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed media activity reports, manage PR and press relations.
- Develop, maintain social media profiles and quality content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn as well as other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand digital presence.
- Drive Email marketing by crafting email campaigns and developing compelling custom content.
- Day-to-day coordination with all communication stakeholders including external agencies.
- Monitor marketing trends and create communication and marketing strategies that resonate with current and potential customers.
- Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready and respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
