Lupin - Manager - Production (10-15 yrs)
1. Monthly production planning and execution
2. Ensure availability of RM and coordination with services for timely support
3. Distribution and reconciliation of the work for the day, strict compliance of cGMP, housekeeping, documentation and safe practices.
4. Timely reporting and recording of process deviation, evaluation, investigation and concluding of the deviation.
5. Analyze batch data to prepare the report with the conclusion, to train and guide the plant personnel to built productive culture.
6. Optimization of RM, manpower, implementation of suggestions for improving operations and cost reduction.
7. Timely coordination with quality and service department for improvement in the system and to achieve the targets.
Work permit system, safe handling of chemicals, should be able to identify unsafe act & conditions, Use of various PPE's, Firefighting / Mock drill etc. start-up and shutdown activity.
