- Identify & understand the complete range & specifications for the new products.
- Coordinating complete process of new product development with Engineering, R&D & factory.
- Person should have fair idea on Solar products so that he/she can offer complete solutions (Solar Calculations, Panel sizing, Inverter rating, Offgrid, On Grid System) while accessing the customer need. Person should capable to devise the BOS for Solar offer.
- Devising Pricing & launch strategy for new products
- Forecasting/Market Study & competitions analysis
- Creating training modules (ppt) for Sales team.
- Conducting training session for Internal Sales team & country partner sales team.
- Reviewing the sales of new product to identify if the product is doing well in the market or need any changes.
- Analyze key Market wise competition pricing and strategy analysis with the help of export data.
- Monitor stocks on regular intervals and devise liquidation plan/strategy for slow/non-moving inventory.
- Co-ordination with marketing manager for the development/discussion ATL/BTL material activities related to product.
- Need to work with R&D, Engineering & factory for any quality challenges in existing range & get it approved for production.
