- Talent reviews and development of individual development plans for key talents

Employee Engagement

- Conducting employee engagement survey at Luminous through external consulting partner

- Planning and organizing Action Planning workshops for various business units

- Ensuring the implementation of action plans

Hi-Pot Management

- Identifying Hi-potential employees basis the eligibility criteria decided by the Chairman's office

- Planning and organizing the selection process of Hi-potential candidates

- Project allocations for the selected candidates and monitoring progress
