Legal & IR - Handling of Industrial Relation situation in manufacturing set up from legal standpoint - Interaction with judicial and quasi-judicial bodies - Representing the company before labor office, industrial tribunal, district and High Courts - High level of knowledge in IR and Labor Laws - IR Grievance Handling - Supporting IR/HR Team at Plants for Long term settlements - Conducting Regulatory and Non-Regulatory Auditors - Good knowledge of HR/IR Laws and ensuring their compliance - Drafting and vetting of HR/IR documents like warning letter, show case notices, - Ability to conduct enquiry as per Industrial dispute act - Ability to work with plant management - Good communication and interpersonal skills Qualification: LLB/LLM/IR/Labor laws Experience: 14-18 years
