Job Description Role & Resposibility

- Shall be Responsible for offer development - Li-Ion packs and BMS for Power Storgae & Solar Application

- Shall be responsible for publishing product test schedule - routine / type / regression / destructive / accelerated life

- Shall be responsible for finalising the LFP battery cell specs, BMS specs & CTQ.

- Shall be responsible for Industrialising BMS manufacturing & testing. Create test protocol & algoritims 

- Shall be responsible for ensuring the product certification & maintaining the compliance certification

- Shall Support marketing in providing the technical information for catalogs / publishing Application notes

- Shall Support marketing in providing the technical comparision & bench marks with competing products

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should have specialisation in design & development of BMS for Li-Ion battery packs

- Desired candidate should have independently developed the products with expertise in H/W and Firmware along with good understanding of application

- Candidate should have min five years of experience in managing & leading a team of design engineers

- Candidate should be well versed with product testing & compliance requirements for power / energy domain

- Knoweledge on power-back up, solar application shall be added advantage
